Iron Fist from the Sea documents the clandestine sea-borne operations undertaken by South Africa’s 4 Reconnaissance Commando Regiment.
The unit conducted numerous clandestine seaborne raids during the Border War.

They attacked strategic targets such as oil facilities, transport infrastructure and even Russian ships.

We listen to Douw Steyn as he recounts events from the fascinating book that he co-authored with Arne Soderlaund.
