South Africa’s biggest celebration of coffee arrives at the Fourways Mall rooftop this May, bringing together the energy, flavour, and culture of the country’s fast growing coffee scene.

What began as the Specialty Coffee Expo has grown into something far bigger. The Jo’burg Coffee Festival is a multi day experience built around coffee, but designed to be enjoyed far beyond the cup.

At its core is the Roasters Village, a strictly specialty showcase featuring some of the best coffee roasters in South Africa. Expect exceptional coffee, a strong focus on quality and craft, and a space that celebrates the people behind it.

Across the festival, you’ll find brew gear and equipment, interactive cupping stations, and workshops presented by the African School of Coffee, all designed to educate, inspire, and spark curiosity at every level.

For the first time in Johannesburg, the experience expands even further with a craft beer and wine bar, a diverse food offering, and live music on the weekend, creating a full festival atmosphere around coffee.
