Important notice

The good news is that our ticket system has changed.
It is now MUCH more customer friendly and you can choose your own seat and table!
When you now click on “Buy Tickets” at heroesbrackenfell.net you will see the shows there. Then click on the picture of the show you want to see.
This will then take you to the iTickets website where you can then continue your purchases.

Look at the floor plan and decide where you want to sit.
Then choose your quantity and click “continue”
You will then see a table showing which tickets have been allocated to you.
If you do not want to sit there, click on the blue squares and then again at a table of your choice.

Please keep in mind that if you choose 5 chairs at a 6 seater table, there is a high possibility that one other person will sit at your table. To avoid this, feel free to fill the table with your friends or family. If there are few tables left, you can choose 2 tables that are next to each other according to the number of people and we will put them together for you.

Heroes Live also now has an Airscream Lounge area, where you can relax beforehand and buy a drink from the “self serve bar”.

Also note that the High Chairs area is a high built-in table with bar stools that are sold as “shared seating”, this is nice for partygoers who like to stand or dance a bit during the show.

The Airscream VAPE lounge is also built-in tables, which are used as “shared seating”, the nice thing about this area is that you can sit there and vape.
Please do not book in this area if you do not like people around you to vape. No children are allowed in this area either.
This is also the only area where you are allowed to vape, please do not vape in the rest of the venue.
