The top 20 individual Male and female athlete from Africa, the UAE and the Middle East, will come together in a 4 day event to test their fitness and win a coveted spot to the CrossFIt Games in Albany New York.

We will see the 40 Fittest teams in Africa take each other on to find out who will be crowned the fittest gym in Africa, UAE and Middle East.
