Radio Kalahari Orkes by Atterbury Teater

Radio Kalahari Orkes se musiek strek van 'n diep gewortelde plek, wat Ghoema-, Latyns- en Africana-musiek aanneem en enigiets anders wat langs die grondpad te vinde is. Die woorde is egter ferm op die hede. Op akoestiese toerusting wat amper so oud is as hul leuse, speel die klank se geluid uiteen; Viool, ou kitare, pedaalstaal, dobro, mondfluitjies, bass en gazoos. RKO is op 20 April 2017 vereer met 'n FAK - Prestige-toekenning vir die uitstekende bevordering van Suid-Afrikaanse volksmusiek.
Radio Kalahari Orkes's music extends from a deeply rooted place, taking on Ghoema, Latin and Africana music, including anything else found along the gravel road. However, the lyrics are firm on the present. With acoustic equipment almost as old as their motto, their sound includes violin, guitars, dobro, harmonica, bass, accordion, gazoo and an old Fender Telecaster. On April 20, 2017, RKO was honored with the FAK - Prestige Award for their excellent promotion of South African folk music.

- Temperatuur word geneem.
- Inteken vorm moet voltooi word.
- Maak seker jy is betyds om in te teken (voorportaal maak ‘n uur voor die vertoning oop)
- Ontsmetmiddel / handreiniger is in die voorportaal beskikbaar.
- Kunstenaars sal nie na die vertoning fotos kan neem of handelsware teken nie

THEATRE SAFETY AND PROTOCOL
- Seats are made available in sets of two according to safety regulations.
- No more than two audience members may sit next to each other
- A limited number of seats are available (50% of venue capacity)
- Maximum space is left open between booked seats.
- MASKS ARE COMPULSORY
- Temperature will be taken.
- Attendance register must be completed.
- Be sure to be on time for the event to complete the attendance register (foyer opens 1 hour prior to concert)
- Disinfectant / Hand Sanitizer will be available in the foyer.
- Artists will not be available for photos or signing of merchandise after the concert
