1. Make sure to set your preferred streaming resolution by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom right of the player. If not, the player will automatically choose the resolution and this can sometimes be inferior to what your internet bandwidth can handle.
2. To watch the livestream in 'full screen' press the square arrows icon at the bottom right of the player.
3. When not in full screen view you can chat with other viewers in the chat box under the player.
4. Watch the livestream on your TV by connecting your laptop to your TV via a HDMI cable.
5. If you have any device (Apple TV, Google Chromecast, etc.) that can 'cast', ‘airplay’ or ‘screen mirror’, you will be able to play it from your phone to the device.
6. You can watch the livestream on your Smart TV by using the browser on the TV. Use the https://itickets.co.za/register/print/ link + your email address and order number to access the stream.
7. Alternatively you can enjoy watching the show on your smartphone or tablet in your hand or your laptop on your lap.
