National Eisteddfod of South Africa® Young Performer Showcase 2019
The Natioanl Eisteddfod Showcase concerts have become a cultural highlight as illustrated by sold-out performances and the high standard of performances. These events feature some of the best young performers in drama, music and dance as identified in the various regions of the National Eisteddfod of South Africa®. The eisteddfod top achievers will also be acknowledged and awarded at these events
The success of the National Eisteddfod Academy NPC over the past 21 years can be contributed to the range of ongoing opportunities for the development of talented learners that the organization provides. The importance of this project is building self esteem and confidence in the youth cannot be underestimated.
All recipients of diploma awards in the National Eisteddfod 2019 can also look forward to entering the National Eisteddfod Awards Competition between March and May 2020. This competition provides the next level of participation where the best young performers from various regions in the country can compete for prize money of R50 000.
