The Sir John General Big Band are proud to present an evening of big-band music at the Atterbury theatre. Featuring the fabulous NELL and NICOLE on vocals, along with a 15 piece band, Sir John General play the big-band standards made popular by the likes of Glen Miller, Benny Goodman, Jimmy Dorsey, Duke Ellington and many more, as well as few more recent hits given the big-band treatment. The show includes long-time hits of the big-band era such as "Fascinating Rhythm", "It Don't Mean a Thing if it Ain't Got That Swing", "Old Cape Cod", "Mac the Knife", "Over the Rainbow", and the ever popular "In the Mood".
