Sozo Summit & Trauma Conference

General info:
We are full of anticipation for what God will be doing at the upcoming Sozo SA Summit and Trauma Conference, as we welcome international guest speaker, Yvonne Martinez, to equip us with a deeper understanding of the effects that trauma has on the behaviour of individuals and give us insight into dealing with them within Sozo ministry.
The Summit will take place in three cities – Durban, Cape Town and Pretoria.
There will be two events in each city. Firstly, the ‘Sozo Summit, which will involve an evening get-together for Sozo ministry teams, and will include a meal.
The second event is a full-day Trauma Conference the next day, with guest speaker, Yvonne Martinez.

Sozo Summit evening event:
The focus of the evening event is for Sozo team members to connect and be encouraged about new developments on the Sozo front.
Time: 18:30-21:00
Cost: R100 per person, includes a finger supper.
Full day Trauma Conference:
The focus of the following full-day conference will be to equip all people in ministry (especially those currently active in Sozo Ministry, but not exclusively) or counselling/ therapy, with a deeper understanding of the effects trauma, have on the behaviour of individuals. This will bring insight into how to deal with these individuals when ministering to them.
Our guest speaker, Yvonne Martinez is from Bethel Church in Redding California and has 30 years of experience of working with individuals suffering from trauma. She will share with us how she has used the Bethel Sozo ministry to heal people.
Time: 08:00-17:00
Cost: R300 per person, including light refreshments.

*This manual is optional, and a helpful supplementary resource for Bethel Sozo teams, but it is not compulsory or part of the required Bethel Sozo training curriculum and ministry.
Other Sozo related resources will also be available to buy during the conference.
NOTE: tickets for the Summit and Conference events can be bought separately, should you only be able to attend one of them.
