Delivery policy Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 minutes and delivery confirmed by way of email. Tickets will be delivered via Print at Home technology enabling the customer to print out their tickets within minutes of purchase. If customer does not print at home, tickets will be available for pick-up at the event. Return and Refunds policy The provision of goods and services by Jire iTickets (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Jire iTickets (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 2 % administration fee. Jire iTickets(Pty) Ltd also has the right to post-pone an event due to inclement weather or major emergency, in which case tickets for the post-poned event will be accepted at the re-scheduled event.
