Die Teater Bystands Fonds bied aan die TBF TeaterExtravaganza by die Aula

Die Extravaganza is meer as net vertonings deur die top akteurs in die land – daar is 'n hele karnaval wat in die voorportaal en in die Rautenbachsaal plaasvind. Gaste word vriendelik genooi om sommer 'n uur voor die vertonings by die Aula te kom kuier. Die deure sal elke aand ten minste 'n uur en 'n half voor die vertoning begin, oopmaak. 'n Kontantkroeg gee jou die geleentheid om 'n glasie wyn of iets sterker saam met die fantastiese akteurs wat aan die geleentheid deeelneem te klink. Ons het elke aand 'n paar sepiesterre wat kom kuier en veteraanakteurs Louis van Niekerk en Wilna Snyman sal deur die week gashere wees. Die geleentheid is daar om 'n foto saam met jou gunsteling ster te laat neem wat hulle sommer dadelik vir jou kan teken en kan dien as aandenking van jou aand saam met die TeaterBystandsFonds. 'n Hele reeks skilderye en kunswerke is te koop asook klassieke kostuumontwerpe van die beroemde Chris van den Bergh wat jare lank die ontwerper vir al die groot produksies by TRUK was. Daar is ook 'n reeks swart en wit teaterfoto's wat nou versamelstukke is, te koop en 'n hele paar ander interessante dinge. Lize van der Walt, dogter van Wilna Snyman, het 'n skildery aan die TBF geskenk wat op 'n spookveiling te koop sal wees.

The Theatre Benevolent Fund presents the TBF Theatre Extravaganza at the Aula

The Extravaganza is much more than shows by the top actors in the country – there is a whole carnival that will be happening in the foyer and the Rautenbach hall. Every night, doors will open an hour before the shows start and guests are invited to join us at the Aula at the same time. A cash bar will be available which will give you the opportunity to have a glass of wine or something stronger with the fabulous actors that are making this event possible. A few soap stars and veteran actors Louis van Niekerk and Wilna Snyman will be there to welcome you. Help raise funds by grabbing the opportunity to have your picture taken with your favourite star. Get your photographs signed by them and keep it as a momento of your evening with the Theatre Benevolent Fund. A range of paintings will be up for sale as well as designs from the veteran designer Chris van den Burgh who was the mastermind behind all the major classics at PACT. Some classic photo's from yesteryear that are now collector's pieces will also be on display and for sale as well as some very interesting other items. Lize van der Walt, daughter of Wilna Snyman donated a painting to the TBF. Take part in a silent auction for Lize’s fabulous painting.
